Terrible, terrible terrible. Please save yourself the stress & hassle, it's just not worth it. Ordered on 2nd Jan and order never turned up. Emailed customer service & nobody contacted me back. When I finally spoke to their customer services, they could see that it never left the Yodel depot. But they still had to give Yodel 48hours to confirm this, promising to get back to me. Again, they didn't contact me so I've called them again.... and was told that I had to email them a disclaimer before they could resend these to me. Confirmed that these qualified for next day delivery....and yup, they have still not arrived! 4 calls, 4 emails....no order.
Terrible ! Don’t order from them seriously, waiting still on my order to even be sent, no communication, no apologies, nothing.
Even costumer service sucks, at this point I am trying to cancel it and I am waiting for that response longer than a reply from a guy I like....

Good choice of brands and quick delivery.
I have used Runners Need for a few years now, since they became the discounted provider with my health insurance.
I can usually find what I’m looking for, and the half sizes are perfect for me on most brands.
Only issue I find is limited sizes in stock, so I go back a couple of weeks later to get what I need.
Never buy from this company online! The worst experience ever in my life! Very poor customer service, incompetent staff . They promise to you to solve the situation , but they will never solve!!! Every time you trying to speak to customer service team they will feed you with different excuses why the order could not been delivered or that they have problem with stock ! I have waited for 10 days and every day something new was happening to my order !
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !!!!
My suggestion don’t waste your time and money find an alternative company who knows what is good customer service as this company does not know it !
Outstanding customer service from David (Piccadilly Branch) who's assessment and friendly advice was way beyond expectation. His knowledge of the different types/styles and best fit of running shoes was excellent and well balanced. So much better than the large sports shops. Would highly recommend you pay them a visit.
I ordered a running top on Monday , delivered on Wednesday . Unfortunately too small so I ordered next size up and posted the top back. Replacement top delivered on Thursday and confirmation of original refund received on Friday . Think this must rate as best possible customer service .

Really bad experience with them so far, avoid.
I placed an order with them on black friday which was accepted, taking my money immediately, but I have had to chase and chase to see where my shoes are for over 3 weeks.
I'm then told they're out of stock (why was my order accepted then and why did I not receive any communication that this was the case?) and now their customer service are saying that because of their error I have to fork out more money on a different pair and I cant even get the shoes I ordered originally.
They still have my money and i don't have my order. This just is not good enough.
Ordered some reduced on cloud trainers 13th December with estimated delivery 22nd - 29th. Notified they had been dispatched on 17th and they arrived via Yodel on 18th. Exactly what I ordered, no issues at all. I was a bit unsure after reading reviews about online orders but I would definitely order again.
I went in store for a gait analysis and received really great service! The guy that did the analysis was really knowledgeable and friendly.
I managed to get a pair of new trainers which I have now been using for 3 months and I am very happy with them.
My parcel seems to be lost after they delivered (one day after due date) my running shoes to an unknown "neighbour", with no details of their name or address, despite the fact I was all day in the original delivery address. Had to dispute via paypal, I will modify this review depending on how they deal with this issue.

I am seriously not happy with the delivery service of runners need, paid extra for delivery as well but still not delivered yet as it has already been week now.
I am not sure if i am receiving my item or not.
Utter shambles of a business.
I placed an order last Sunday and immediately cancelled as it was the wrong shoe. No problem there, they responded quickly and cancelled it. Perfect, or so I thought....
However, can I get a new order placed???? No it appears not!!!
I used my Vitality dscount code to order the now cancelled shoes. Yet they state that the code has been used when I'm trying to order my new shoes (which are selling out fast), even though I am showing zero orders.
This is beyond frustrating....why can they help cancel an order but not help place an order???
Can someone from this company please help me order these shoes but more importantly also explain to me why you'll happily cancel an order but not rush to help a new order???
This will be my one and ONLY purchase from your company.
I have also passed this complaint onto Vitality and my fellow running colleagues.
